We strive to give 100% satisfaction and ZoZoTings is confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s). However in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. In order to do so the item(s) must be in a new, unworn condition with any packaging and garment tags still attached if they have them. Earrings and Studs can't be returned due to hygiene reasons unless they are damaged.
We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser, for damaged items we may also ask for photo evidence of any damage caused by delivery.
To return unsuitable/damaged item(s) you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s). The information we require is your 'name', 'name of items' and the 'order number'. Items must be returned via a suitable postage carrier, charges incurred by you when returning item(s) are non refundable.
Items should be returned to the address we provide you.
Unsuitable items will only be refunded or exchanged when returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns received after 14 days of receipt will only be accepted at the discretion of ZoZoTings. All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made.
We advise all customers too check items thoroughly on receipt of goods, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging if they have them. If you have any queries or would like to discuss the returns procedure with us - please do not hesitate to contact us.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund up to the point of dispatch, after which the item is no longer our responsibility and you should follow the return policy above.
