How our business is affected by COVID-19
We are running our business as usual at this time.
At present, we are dispatching orders as quickly as we can make them.
What do I need to know before ordering?
We ask customers to please bear in mind that the Royal Mail and other courier services are under great strain at the moment, both with the extra demand for online shopping, and staff shortages due to self-isolation protocols.
For this reason, some mail is taking considerably longer to reach people - at the moment, we are hearing delays of up to two weeks. and that's just the UK other parts of the world and it 'may' be even longer - we have no control over these delays.
We appreciate your patience with this matter.
Where is my order?
If your order was placed less than 14 days ago, please do not contact us unless you paid for a tracked service, as your order is still making it's way to you.
Please note, if you paid the UK standard £3.00 for delivery (if your order value was less than £30), or if you received free delivery, then your order was NOT sent using a tracked service and we cannot chase this up with Royal Mail until more time has passed.

Please check your junk inbox, as this is where they tend to go.
The email that states we have finished processing your order means that your order has been dispatched.
