Sometimes accidents happen in the post, things either end up lost or damaged, if this happens please contact us ASAP and we will see what we can do. If an item is damaged we will happily replace or refund once we receive the item back.

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from ZoZoTings for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (jewellery used on piercings such as earrings etc) or have been unsealed.

Order cancellations must be made by emailing us and quoting your name, address and order number, within 14 days of delivery of your item(s). Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the address we provide you, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Return postage is paid by the buyer and will not be refunded unless the item is damaged, we may also ask for photo evidence of any damage caused by delivery.
